He has been working in the training and education sector for more than 10 years including his experience of serving as Head of Research and Training at English Olympiad, achieving awards both as participant and trainer in lots of international MUN Conferences and mentoring students from different age categories to improve their academic and professional communication skills. He has also worked with Bangladesh Television as a Host and Reciter. 

Moreover, his articles were published in national English dailies like the Daily Sun, The Daily Observer. Also, he is an apt translator. Most significantly, he is an experienced trainer of IELTS who has been supporting and guiding candidates to achieve high band score in IELTS Academic and General Training for more than 7 years.
